Enjoy peace and relaxation at a quiet lakefront cottage on beautiful Kashwakamak Lake
Very private rustic cottage only steps from the lake. Situated just over three hours from Toronto, two hours from Ottawa and just over an hour to Kingston. If you are looking for unprecedented privacy this is the cottage for you, with over 250 ft of private lakefront on one of the premier lakes in the area with no other cottages in sight.
Enjoy marshmallows over the fire and let the loons put you to sleep at night. Small family run business so not a ton of other campers to contend with. Accommodations for 5 to 6 with 2 bedrooms and three beds. You are required to bring your own linens, towels and toiletries etc. There is no plumbing to the cottage however outdoor toilet is within steps of cottage.

Beautiful 4 site campground with electricity hook-up. Three water access sites for easy personal boat launching and swimming. Other site has access to a sandy beach for easy entry swimming for all ages.

Kashwakamak Lake is 15 km long and a relatively narrow lake, running east to west.
Kashwakamak is also part of the popular Mississippi River Canoe Route. From its west end canoeists can gain access to/from Marble and Mississagagon lakes and even up into Mazinaw lake in Bon Echo provincial park with relatively minor portages. From its east end Kashwakamak flows down thru a series of rapids into Farm Lake before continuing east as part of the Mississippi River offering miles of tranquil waterways to explore.
